Why I built this

I spent years watching capable, established local businesses lose ground to competitors who did worse work but were simply easier to reach. The phone would ring, nobody could grab it, and the job went to whoever picked up first. It was never about quality — it was about who answered, and who followed up.

AI finally made that fixable — but a tool you have to run yourself isn't a fix for someone already buried in the field. So I built Pocket Funnel as the front office a busy owner can't staff and doesn't have to manage: we answer every call, chase every lead, and book the job onto your calendar with the details on your phone.
