We're Michigan-based and we're starting in Michigan and the nearby Midwest — close enough to know the seasons your phone rings in, and close enough to drive to you if it ever matters. Nothing about the front office is regional, though: it runs on your number and your calendar, so it works anywhere in the U.S. If you're outside the Midwest and the fit is right, say so on the call.

Common questions
What happens after hours and on weekends?
That's when it earns its keep. Roughly a third of home-service calls come in after hours — Pocket Funnel answers all of them, triages a real emergency from a next-morning job the way you'd want, and has everything logged and booked before you're back on the clock.
Do I get a new phone number?
No — it works on your existing number. We forward or port it so your customers keep calling the number they already know, and nothing on your marketing or your truck has to change.
Is texting my customers actually allowed?
Yes, done right. Replying by text to someone who just called you is expected. For anything beyond that, we capture consent first, honor STOP instantly, and follow TCPA rules by default — your reputation and your compliance are not something we gamble with.
What do you need from me to get started?
Very little. We forward your number, set up the answering and text-back, and tune it to your services and hours — usually live within a week. You point the calls to us and tell us how you work; we build and run the rest. You configure nothing.
