The short version
We collect only what we need to respond to you and run our site. We don't sell or rent your information to anyone. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
What we collect
Information you give us: when you submit a form, request a proposal, or run our site audit, we collect what you provide — typically your name, email, business name, and website URL.
Site usage: we use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to understand which pages are visited and how the site performs. This does not identify you personally.
Audit tool: when you run an audit, we record the URL you submit (and your email, if you choose to provide it) so we can send your report and follow up if you'd like.
How we use it
To reply to your inquiry, send the audit or proposal you requested, deliver our services if you become a client, and improve the website. That's it.
Text messaging (SMS/MMS)
This policy is published by Pocket Funnel LLC, the registered sender of the text messages described here. How you opt in: if you give us your mobile number on our site and check the texting box, or you call or text a business that uses Pocket Funnel, we (or that business, through us) may text you about your request — for example to answer your question, confirm or reschedule an appointment, or follow up on an estimate. Consent is not a condition of purchasing anything.
What you'll receive and how often: conversational and service messages about your inquiry or appointment. Message frequency varies with your conversation. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out and help: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts from that number; you'll get one confirmation message and nothing further. Reply HELP for help, or email us at the address below.
No sharing of mobile information: We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile phone numbers and text-messaging opt-in data are used only by Pocket Funnel LLC to deliver the messages described above, through our messaging provider acting on our behalf, and are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Businesses that use Pocket Funnel: when a home-service business uses Pocket Funnel to answer its calls and texts, that business is responsible for the conversations with its customers, and Pocket Funnel processes the messages on its behalf. Texts you receive will identify the business.
Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent your information. We use a small number of trusted service providers to operate — for example, an email provider to deliver messages, a telephony provider to carry calls and texts, and a hosting/analytics provider to run the site. They process data only on our behalf. Mobile numbers and texting opt-in data are excluded from any sharing for marketing purposes (see Text messaging above).
Your choices
You can opt out of our emails at any time by replying and asking us to stop, and you can request a copy or deletion of your information by emailing us. We'll honor it promptly.
Data retention & security
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above, and we take reasonable measures to protect it. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we treat your data with care.
