SMS Terms

Program description: Pocket Funnel LLC sends conversational and service text messages on behalf of home-service businesses — replies to your inquiry, appointment confirmations and reminders, follow-ups on estimates, and responses to a call that couldn't be answered. Messages identify the business.

Opting in: you opt in by providing your mobile number and checking the texting box on our site, or by calling or texting a business that uses Pocket Funnel. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency varies with your conversation. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting out: reply STOP to any message to cancel; you'll receive a single confirmation and no further texts from that number unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help, or email us.

Privacy: mobile numbers and texting opt-in data are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy policy for the full description of how we handle your information.

The free audit and this website

The free audit and any dollar figures on this site are estimates built from published industry benchmarks and the information you provide. They are illustrations, not guarantees of results. Sample dashboards and concept demo sites show fictional businesses and sample data, and say so.

You may use the site and the audit for your own business evaluation. Don't scrape, overload, or attempt to break the site or the audit tool.

Services for businesses

A business that hires Pocket Funnel signs a separate services agreement that sets the plan, price, term, what is live on day one, what turns on later, and how recovered revenue is counted. Nothing on this site is an offer to provide services on particular terms until that agreement is signed.

Limitation of liability

The site, the audit, and the text-messaging program are provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pocket Funnel is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of them. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes & governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected here with a new date. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Last updated September 18, 2026.
